I joined the business when I was 19 years so just over 13 years ago now. My focus was always to drive the business to become the leading retailer or premium Rifle scopes, Thermal imagers and Night vision within the UK and ensure we provided the best advice available on the market aswell as a customer service that was unbeatable. My passions are Surfing, Calisthentics, Weightlifting, Thai Boxing, Crossfit and to be honest anything that breaks a sweat. When it comes to shooting; I love long range target shooting and deer stalking.

Whether he's performing daring leaps for a taste of his favorite treats or doing zoomies around the carpark at lightning speed, Rudy's boundless energy and enthusiasm make him the life of the party and a true connoisseur of anything delicious!

Lloyd is the assistant director and is Shaun's wingman, overseeing the day to day running of OPW. Lloyd has been in and around the shooting community since his early teenage years, shooting clays competitively for team GB as a junior. Lloyd is also a rifle owner and when time permits he enjoys going deer stalking.
Lisa is the external general manager and has been a dedicated member of the Opticswarehouse team for over 16 years, bringing extensive experience and passion to her role. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by walking her dogs and exploring local wildlife, especially with the help of our amazing thermal equipment.
Adrian is the purchasing and operations manager. He has 34 years experience in and around some of the country's premier angling and shooting retail outlets in the UK and, in his spare time, Adrian enjoys photography (in particular wildlife, planes, ships etc) and sea angling.
Craig is a passionate HR and Health and Safety Manager who is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive work environment. With a keen love for sports, Craig brings the same enthusiasm and teamwork from the pitch to the workplace. Balancing professional responsibilities with family life, Craig is also a proud parent of two wonderful children.

Nikki and Sophie are integral to our customer support team. Nikki, a true team player, channels her energy into work and life, supporting her husband's rugby team with pre- and post-game massages and enjoying the social events. She’s an adventure enthusiast, with a love for horse riding and paddleboarding, and is excited to try shooting soon! Sophie balances family life, chasing after a lively toddler, with her passion for cars and a keen eye for detail.
George, on our sales team, brings over a decade of shooting experience, covering everything from air rifles to full-bore firearms, with specializations in hunting, pest control, and target shooting. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a trusted advisor, whether customers need recreational or specialized equipment.

His current setups feature an Air Arms FTP 900 and XTI-50 for FT and an Air Arms Pro-Target for HFT. Since joining Optics Warehouse in 2017, he has broadened his expertise across calibers and enjoys vermin control and airsoft.
Tom, a technical advisor on our Sales Team, is dedicated to helping customers find the perfect optics, offering expert advice and guiding them through our Trade-In scheme. Outside of work, Tom’s passion for shooting takes him to the range whenever he can find the time.
